10:05 AM MDT, March 22  RESOLVED: After our maintenance window last night and monitoring of traffic today, we are no longer experiencing issues with latency or timeouts.  If you continue to experience any slowness, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to introduce new performance technology.
3:15 PM MDT, March 21st  UPDATE: After further fine tuning and assessment of the new technology integration, our Engineering team has decided to roll back changes implemented during last Friday night’s maintenance window. They will be conducting a maintenance window overnight tonight (12:00 am – 2:00 am EDT) to complete these changes. During this time, all CampMinder services will be unavailable. We apologize for this disruption.
8:00 AM MDT, March 21st  UPDATE: Our Engineering team continues to make additional changes to dial in the new technology. Monitoring throughout the day yesterday offered additional insight into areas to improve efficiencies. We expect to continue to see latency and occasional timeouts as they continue their work, and best practice suggests saving your work often. We will continue to monitor the situation and make additional tweaks throughout the day. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
7:35 AM MDT, March 20th  UPDATE: Our Engineering team made additional adjustments last night during low traffic hours and initial monitoring shows marked improvement to page loading times. We will continue to monitor the situation today as normal-use traffic provides additional data points. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
12:44 PM, March 19th  MDT  UPDATE: Our Engineering team continues to make adjustments with the new technology recently implemented, but report that they are seeing some improvement with performance. They continue to their work to fine tune the implementation and we’ll provide more updates as they become available.
10:48 AM, March 19th  MDT  ISSUE: As we continue our efforts to ensure peak system performance, especially as we approach the busy summer months, our Engineering team conducted a maintenance window on Friday night to implement a new technology that will utilize resources more efficiently, resulting in an overall increase to performance. However, as our Engineering team is working to dial everything in using real-time data from system usage, you may see a slight degradation in page load times. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please rest assured that this is our highest priority, and we expect an even faster, more responsive system afterwards!
