System load times

RESOLVED: Shortly after 7:00am MT on June 14, 2019, we began to experience severe slowness and error timeouts throughout CampMinder and CampInTouch. The Engineering team worked through emergency protocols to diagnose the issue and work toward a resolution.

 

After several attempts to resolve the issue, the team determined an emergency maintenance window was needed. We did not come to this decision lightly and took many factors into account, including potential impact to those camps currently in operation.

At 8:20am MT, our Engineers took both CampMinder and CampInTouch offline to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At 9:00am MT, we were able to bring all servers back online, at which point we saw normal performance across both CampMinder and CampInTouch.

We know how important it is to have access to CampMinder, especially during the summer season. Our team continues to monitor the system closely and work diligently to make sure we minimize the risk of this happening in the future.

9:16 AM MDT  RESOLVED & MONITORING:  Our Engineering team has resolved latency issues within CampMinder and CampInTouch.  All systems should be working as expected.  However, we are monitoring all systems closely. We will provide additional details on this page shortly.
8:31 AM MDT  UPDATE:

This morning, our Engineering team observed unexpected system latency and intermittent error messages. As a result, the team determined that an emergency system maintenance window was needed.

 

As it stands, CampMinder and CampInTouch are currently unavailable. Our engineering team is working to bring the system back online as quickly as possible.

As we are in the summer season and many of you have already started camp for the summer, we understand the importance of resolving this issue as quickly as possible, and we are working diligently toward that end.

7:35 AM MDT  ISSUE: Our Engineering team is currently looking into slow load times and intermittent error messages. This is our highest priority and we will provide an update as soon is one is available.
