System Latency and Error Messages

4:45 AM 7/8/19 UPDATE: All systems are now functioning as expected. Our engineering team continues to monitor the system closely and will make additional adjustments as needed.

 

Early on Monday, July 8th, at approximately 3:50am MT, we began to experience system latency and error timeouts when users attempted to navigate through CampMinder and CampInTouch. The Engineering team was able to diagnose and address the issue.
