System Latency and Error Messages

9:19 AM RESOLVED: Our third-party partner has released a fix to resolve the issue that created system latency and error messages.
11:03 AM UPDATE: All systems continue to function as expected. An investigation by our Engineering team has identified a possible issue with a third-party partner. They are working together to identify the root cause of the issue for our clients.
9:20 AM UPDATE: All systems are now functioning as expected. Our engineering team continues to monitor the system closely and will make additional adjustments as needed.

 

Early on Monday, June 15th, at approximately 8:20 MT, we began to experience system latency and error timeouts when users attempted to navigate through CampMinder.
