Error message when accessing Camper or Staff application

RESOLVED  1/06/2021 – 1:17 PM MST:

Our Engineering team was able to identify and resolve the root cause of the error: the user authentication service. During this time, a record could not be created through the application and this caused the application to fail. Our team will be manually resubmitting these failed applications.

We are currently seeing errors when an individual attempts to access the camper or staff application. Our Engineering is investigating the cause of these errors and this is their highest priority. We’ll continue to update this page as more information becomes available.
