Page Formatting Issues

After additional investigation, our team was able to implement a final resolution.

Investigating 6/15 – 2:15 PM MT

Our Support team has seen an increase in users reporting odd formatting when loading pages within the system.  Our Engineering team has added additional logging to try to identify the root cause of the issue. If you experience pages loading oddly while in CampMinder, please give our team a call as seek to gather additional information.

Monitoring 6/13 – 7:00 AM MT

Our team continues to monitor the situation. Reports of formatting issues have decreased, however, we do continue to have users share experiences of odd formatting. If you continue to experience this, please give our team a call as seek to gather additional information.

Monitoring 6/9 – 4:00 AM MT

Our team pushed an update that should resolve odd page formatting for users. This update can take a little time to populate throughout the servers. If you continue to see odd formatting, we ask that you to take the following steps:

For Windows Users:

  • Press F12 on your keyboard (you’ll see an inspection console appear – don’t worry!)
  • Right-click on the Refresh icon and choose “Empty Cache and Hard Reload.”
  • Close the inspection console by clicking on the “X” in the upper right-hand corner.

For Mac Users:

  • hold CMD-Shift-R

After taking these steps, if you continue to experience formatting issues, please give our team a call.

Our team continues to monitor the situation and investigate new reports. For the time being, we ask that users continue to take the following steps:

Our Engineering team has had to shift focus as we investigate system latency issues. They’ll pick up this investigation as soon as slow loading times are resolved for all users.
